This Refund Policy applies to the Kingdom Talks Media [“KTM”] website.
Digital Download Product Orders
If you purchased an item that grants immediate access to a download link and are having problems accessing your files, please reach out to us at email@example.com. All digital download sales are final and are not eligible for refunds, cancelations, or exchanges.
Digital Non-Download Content Orders
If you purchased a digital product, such as a course, teaching, conference, etc. and access to the product is delivered through our website or other platform (rather than receiving a download link), and you are having problems accessing your content, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do accept cancelation requests on non-downloadable content purchases.
Subscription & Partnership Orders
If you purchased a subscription product or partnership, and you are having problems accessing your content, please reach out to us via our contact page. We do accept cancelation requests for subscription content and partnership orders. However, no refunds will be issued. Instead, you will maintain access to the related content through the end of the current period for which you have paid.
Physical Product Orders
If you purchased a physical product that requires shipping, you may request a refund, cancelation, or exchange up until a shipping label has been purchased for your order. If a refund, cancelation, or exchange request is made after we have prepared your order for shipping, you will be responsible for the cost to return the product. Once the product is received back by Kingdom Talks Media, you will be issued a refund for the product purchase price, less the cost of shipping to you. Also, ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as refunds are not issued for orders that are lost in the mail or arrive later than expected due to incorrect addresses.
